

Dr. Theresa Jacobs, known affectionately as Dr. J, is more than a physician—she’s a motivator, mentor, speaker, and spiritual leader dedicated to helping people live whole, healthy, and inspired lives.
With a strong foundation in science and medicine, Dr. Jacobs holds:

Associate’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry

Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology

Medical Doctor (MD), specializing in Family Medicine

Currently serving as the Medical Director for the Georgia Primary Care Association and the
Georgia Family Planning System, she oversees programs that provide accessible, quality
healthcare to thousands of families.
But her work doesn’t stop at medicine. Dr. J is also a licensed evangelist in the Church of God
in Christ, the President of the Women’s Department at her local church, the Elect Lady of
Evangelism for the South Central Georgia Jurisdiction, and the Assistant Supervisor for the
Bermuda Jurisdiction.
Her life’s mission blends healing the body, uplifting the spirit, and inspiring communities.
